Ingredients
- 250 gms minced meat
- 150 gms diced onions
- 5 gms finely chopped ginger
- 5 gms chopped garlic
- chopped green chillies
- 75 gms spring onions
- 25 gms coriander leaves
- 15 gms mint
- 1 tsp coriandr powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
Directions
- Heat oil in pan
- Add onions and salt, saute until translucent
- Add ginger and garlic, saute for a minute.
- Add coriander powder, cumin and garam masala. Add salt and pepper.
- Add the mince. Break lumps at low heat. Saute on medium heat till kheema is cooked.
- Add green chilies and spring onions.
- Add coriander and mint. Don’t cook for too long after adding the greens.
- Make Sandwiches with cheese of your choice and the kheema.
- Grilled them.
