Ingredients
- Pasta of your choice
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsely
- 1 cup finely graded cheese
Directions
- Add olive oil to a cold pan and add the garlic.
- Turn on the heat. Don’t let the garlic brown.
- Add red chilli flakes.
- Add cooked pasta.
- Add the cheese and toss. Emulsify with some pasta water.
- Add the parsley.
- Squeeze some fresh lemon juice.
