Ingredients
- 250 gms AP flour (White Bread) / 175 gms AP flour and 25 gms Whole Wheat flour (Multiseed Bread)
- 187 ml water (White Bread) / 200ml water (Multiseed Bread)
- 1.25 gms yeast
- 6 gms salt
- Pumpkin/Sunflower seeds (Multiseed Bread)
Directions
Mix all ingredients till no dry flour remians
Cover and rest for 1 hour
Fold the dough after every 20mins x 5 times
Cover and keep in fridge for 12hrs
Flour your work surface
Put your dough on it
Fold from 3 sides, then do a complete fold from the top
Use your bench scraper to make it into a round taut ball
Place a cloth inside a bowl and flour it, place the dough in the bowl and rest for 1 hour
Place a Dutch oven inside your oven and Preheat oven to 250C
Spray dough with water and bake covered for 30mins
Uncover and bake more for 10mins
