Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter/ghee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cardamon
- 3 1/2 tbsp milk
- pinch of salt
Directions
Cream the butter and sugar together.
Sift the rest of the dry ingredients together and add it to the butter. Fold it in.
Add the milk and mix together.
Make the dough into cookie shapes with hand. Make the pattern using a fork.
Bake at 160C for 15-20 mins.
