Ingredients

  • Pasta of your choice
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsely
  • 1 cup finely graded cheese

Directions

  • Add olive oil to a cold pan and add the garlic.
  • Turn on the heat. Don’t let the garlic brown.
  • Add red chilli flakes.
  • Add cooked pasta.
  • Add the cheese and toss. Emulsify with some pasta water.
  • Add the parsley.
  • Squeeze some fresh lemon juice.
