Pasta of your choice

3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cubed, divided

1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper

1 cup grated cheese (preferably Parmesan)
Directions
- Cook the pasta. Save 1 cup pasta water.
- Toast some black peppercorns. Crush them.
- Add pasta water, cheese, and black pepper to a slightly hot pan.
- Emulsify with sauce.
- Add the pasta.
