Ingredients
Crepe
- 50g Cake flour
- 15g Sugar
- 1 Egg (60g)
- 120g Milk
- 10g Butter (unsalted)
- 1 pinch of salt
Sauce
- 150 – 200ml Orange juice
- 20g Sugar
- 20g Butter
Topping – Ice cream of your choice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients for the crepe.
- Add some butter to the pan and make thin crepes.
- Add Sugar and butter to the pan for the sauce.
- After sugar melts and is very light brown, add the orange juice.
- Add the crepes back to the pan (folded in quarters) and cook for 2 mins.
- Remove the crepes and pour the rest of the sauce over them.
- Top with ice cream.
