- Urad Daal

Directions
- Take 3:1 ratio of rice and urad daal
- Soak them overnight
- Grind them into a smooth paste to make the batter
- Add water to get desired consistency, it should not be runny nor too thick
- Add salt to taste
- Heat the pan and add oil, make dosa crepes.
