Ingredients
- 6 pcs mutton chops
- 1 whole lemon juice
- salt
- ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp hung curd
- oil
Directions
Add lemon juice and salt to the chops and marinate for 20mins
Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper and hung curd. Mix well and marinate again for 20 mins.
Bake in the oven at 200C for 15-20 mins (depending on the size of your chops) with a drip tray.
Sear each side for 6-7 secs on a hot pan with oil.
Let it rest for 5 mins.
