Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup/honey
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (+ 1/2 cup if needed) flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 tsp salt
- Fruit Jam
Directions
Mix all ingredients (except the Jam) together.
Add Milk/Flour to get the consistency right (if needed)
Place dough balls on parchment paper.
Create a dent using your thumb or the back-side of a spoon in the dough balls.
Fill it with the Jam.
Bake at 180C for 15-20mins.
