Ingredients
- Sugar
- Cardamon Powder
- Rose Water
- Bread
- Condensed Milk
- Milk
- Saffron
- Almonds and Pistachios
Directions
Sugar Syrup:
- 1:1 ratio of water and sugar.
- Add cardamom powder and few drops of rose water.
- Boil for 15 minutes
Bread Base:
- Deep fry bread until its golden brown.
- Immediately dip in hot sugar syrup for 10 seconds.
Rabdi:
- Mix equal parts condensed milk and milk.
- Add cardamom, saffron and sugar.
- Keep on low heat for 15-20 mins till it thickens.
Pour Rabdi on top of soaked bread
Roast some sliced nuts and use them as garnish
Let it cool completely in the fridge
